Ambition for Ageing releases new report: Supporting Ageing in Place Ƶ A process evaluation of Ambition for AgeingƵs microfunding programme
Ambition for Ageing have released a new report which examines the legacy of Ambition for Ageing as the programme comes to a close on 31st March 2022. The report is authored by MICRA and MUARG researcher, Luciana Lang.
Between 2015 and 2022, AfA invested over Ƶ2 million into over 1,500 small projects. The report draws on the lessons learned over their seven years of supporting Greater Manchester neighbourhoods to improve age-friendliness and social connections.
The report includes a process evaluation of their recent Greater Manchester-wide microfunding programme, Supporting Ageing in Place, which saw over 100 projects each worth up Ƶ2,000 funded in specific neighbourhoods.
